These terms govern the use of our various services, including but not limited to Web Leads, Customer Generated Inbounds, Lead Generation, Social Media, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Telemarketing, Technical Support, Software, Medical Procedure Coding and Charting, Transcription, and SAAS Enabled Services (“the Services”).

Our goal is to help businesses achieve their objectives through effective lead generation, customer engagement, technical assistance, software solutions, medical procedure coding and charting, transcription services, and SAAS-enabled tools.

When using our Services, you agree to adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and the rights of others. You shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with our services or infringe upon the rights of others.

4. Web Leads and Customer Generated Inbounds

15. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement for any reason by providing written notice. Upon termination, you agree to settle any outstanding payments for services rendered.

17. Use of DNC Scrubbers:
ParagonQuotes Media emphasizes its commitment to ethical telemarketing practices. To comply with the Do Not Call (DNC) regulations, the Company employs DNC scrubbers to ensure that calls are made only to individuals who haven’t registered on the DNC list. This practice underscores ParagonQuotes Media’s adherence to relevant legal requirements and respect for consumers’ preferences.

Terms of Service for Publishers 

1. Publisher Engagement

As a Publisher collaborating with ParagonQuotes Media, you shall:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Abide by applicable laws and regulations.
• Comply with ethical standards and best practices.

2. Services Offered

ParagonQuotes Media engages Publishers to assist in lead generation, marketing, technical support, and related services. Publishers shall follow ParagonQuotes Media’s guidelines and instructions to ensure quality service delivery.

3. Compensation

Compensation for Publisher services will be as agreed upon in separate agreements or arrangements. ParagonQuotes Media reserves the right to modify compensation terms with notice to Publishers4.

4. Lead Generation and Marketing

Publishers shall perform lead generation and marketing activities in accordance with ParagonQuotes Media’s standards. Quality and ethical practices are essential to maintain the Company’s reputation.

5. Compliance

Publishers shall adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to their services, including DNC scrubbing and BLA integration for telemarketing activities.

6. Confidentiality

Publishers acknowledge that they may gain access to confidential information during the engagement. Publishers agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose any proprietary information to third parties.

7. Data Protection

Publishers shall handle any personal data obtained during service delivery in compliance with relevant data protection laws. Any data sharing or processing shall be performed with explicit consent or as legally permissible.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to ParagonQuotes Media’s services, materials, and content remain the property of the Company. Publishers shall not reproduce, modify, or distribute such content without prior written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with notice. Upon termination, Publishers shall return any Company property or information and cease using proprietary content.

10. Limitation of Liability

ParagonQuotes Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Publisher’s engagement. Publishers agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or liabilities related to their services.
